Problem at the vendors end resulted in a failure to deliver package. No problem getting money refunded. I did feel the the vendor could have been a little more proactive in their communication. However, I accepted their explanation and gave them a second go.. I'm happy with the outcome of the second transaction.

Apparently I received a "defective" product and it was agreed to be returned for refund which was initiated by the Seller. While communication was initally good, return was completed a week ago and with a follow up message to Seller, silence from Seller and still no refund as promised. Will have to raise dispute with Ebay to try to get my money back. This could have been a positive feedback had the Seller not gone dark after return of item confirmed.

This is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. I've been asking you for 2 weeks to post item back, but you were busy - so who was silent? Once you've sent the item, you started chasing me for refund even before I received item back, which was arrived in non re-salebale condition. And you've received FULL refund so warning for sellers - this buyer is just a troublemaker.
